1. STEP 1 – From you

    You can bring your watch to us at the CITIZEN SERVICE CENTER daily between 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. & Saturdays between 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.

    If you are not located in Athens, or it is not convenient for you to bring your watch to Syntagma Sq., let us know your location so we can give you specific instructions for sending it by SPEEDEX Courier.

  2. STEP 2 – Technical evaluation

    After receiving your watch at the CITIZEN SERVICE CENTER, we carefully examine it to determine any damage & estimate the cost of its repair. We inform you accordingly & repair your watch after your consent.

  3. STEP 3 – Repair

    The specialized repairs & services at the CITIZEN SERVICE CENTER are completed with knowledge & respect for watches & their owners. We repair CITIZEN watches with care, adhering to the technical specifications, in the shortest possible time, fully committed to the overall quality of the technical work.

  4. STEP 4 – Certification

    After we complete the repair of your watch & monitor its proper function, we issue a full Certificate/Warranty for the repair.

    The Certificate/Warranty includes the description of the technical work carried out on your watch, any comments regarding its operation & General Instructions for its correct use & protection.

  5. STEP 5 – To you

    The Certificate/Warranty of the repair of your watch is sent electronically to the email address you have provided.

    When you see the Certificate/Warranty for the repair in your email, your watch is ready & you can pick it up.

    If you have sent us your watch by courier, we will return it, to the address you have indicated, via SPEEDEX Courier.
